1. The right to use the services
Every individual applying to our clinic, has the right to use all services offered, regardless of language, religion, race or sect to which they belong. Our patients have the right to receive information about diagnostic and treatment services, provided by our clinic and how they can benefit from them.
2. The right of information and confirmation
All our patients have the right to receive complete information about medical interventions, potential risks and benefits, alternatives, outcomes of nontreatment and their medical condition including ongoing treatment to be applied. This information is provided to them directly or through their legal representatives, in a language they understand.
All of our patients have the right to obtain a printed copy of their already provided medical procedures, if they submit a written request.
In addition to information and confirmation, regarding medical and legal obligations, our patients also have the right to decide on treatment after receiving information about issues such as the risks of serious side effects, the risk of loss of life, problems related to the recovery period or chances of success. Using this right, by our patients means that they have confirmed the planned procedures to be implemented.
Our patients have the right to receive the right information to make the right evaluation about pain and its treatment.
Our patients and their families have the right to receive information about how to make the choice to donate other organs and tissues.
Our patients and their families have the right to receive information about how they can participate in clinical trials and experiments performed in the clinic. Also, patients who agree to participate in these activities and their families have the right to receive information about how they are protected in this case.
Our patients have the right to receive clear information about the mission of the clinic.
3. The right to know, choose and change the staff
Our patients have the right to be informed about the identities, duties and qualifications of doctors, nurses and other healthcare staff, and also have the right to choose or change such staff.
4. The right to choose and change the institution
Our patients have the right to choose and change the institution or health care center, in accordance with the terms of the legislation to which the patient is subject.
5. The right to refuse or stop the treatment
Patients have the right to refuse or stop the implementation of treatment planned or being applied except in cases, where it is legally obligatory to continue treatment and provided that they assume the responsibility of possible negative results.
6. The right to privacy
Our patients have the right to receive services in conditions appropriate to privacy throughout the treatment period. The health status, medical condition and all private information of all individuals who apply to our clinic, are protected in such a way as to remain secret even after death. Information about patients can be declared only with their explicit permission or by special court decision.
7. The right to be respected
Our patients have the right to be examined and treated with respect, kindness and politeness while ensuring the protection of their personal integrity at all times and in all circumstances.
8. The right to request consultation
Our patients have the right to seek consultant for their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant suggests a treatment but, the primary care physician who is responsible for the patient, will approve the following procedures.
9. The right to safety
Everyone has the right to be safe in the health care institution. Our clinic has taken all necessary precautions for the safety of life and property of our patients, visitors and their companions. Appropriate measures have also been taken in our clinic to protect children, people with disabilities and the elderly (who are alone, in need of care or unaccompanied).
10. The right to have companions and to receive visitors
Our patients have the right to receive visitors and to have companions during the period of stay in the clinic, according to the procedures and principles set by our clinic.
11. The right to complain/submit an opinion or suggestions
In cases of violation of the patient’s rights, patients and their families have the right to complain about the relevant procedures.
12. Rules and applications of the health care institution
Our patients have the right to receive information about the hospital rules and procedures that will be applied to them.
13. Diagnosis and treatment costs
Our patients have the right to know the price of the treatment service before starting treatment and then, have the right to request and receive a detailed invoice regarding the payment of the service they have received.
1. Providing information
This includes the patient’s responsibility to provide the physicians and nurses who are responsible for medical services, with all relevant and complete information regarding his or her state of health.
2. Agreement with Suggestions
Our patients have a responsibility to follow the therapy plan, suggested by their doctor and to agree that the clinic staff will follow the health care plan as directed by the doctor.
3. Disapproval of planned treatment
Our patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing planned treatment.
4. Agreement with the health care institution rules
Our patients are responsible to obey the rules and procedures applied in our health institution.
5. Respectful behavior
Our patients are responsible for complying with the precautions and rules that the clinic will follow, in cases such as noise, visitors or smoke, which disturb or pose a risk to patients and their families.
6. Infection Control
Our patients and their families are expected to be careful about all measures that have been suggested to stop the spread of infection.
7. Responsibility for completing the payment
Our patients are responsible for making payments for examinations, diagnostics and treatment. Our patients and their families, if they intentionally damage real estate and consumables, are responsible for paying for them.
8. Companions and visitors
Our patients are responsible for accepting at the same time, the smallest possible number of visitors, who should not bring food or drinks and not use other patient’s personal belongings. Also, visitors are responsible to respect the schedule of clinic visits.
