IN ORDER TO CONTINUE TO BE THERE FOR YOU DURING THE CURRENT COVID-19 PANDEMIC, THE FOLLOWING REGULATIONS APPLY IN OUR PRACTICES:
- The current office hours are updated daily on our website.
- Existing appointments that you have agreed with us can be kept unchanged.
- All operational appointments can be kept. With us, these have always and exclusively taken place in certified, so-called clean rooms and in the highest sterility.
- Initial consultations for “A life without glasses” only via video consultation hours. We continue to offer you initial consultations, but only in digital form. After making an appointment, you will receive a link to the video conference.
THE FOLLOWING RULES OF CONDUCT CONTINUE TO APPLY IN OUR PRACTICES:
- All patients who have noticed signs of a corona/COVID-19 infection in themselves or in their immediate vicinity, please do not enter our practices! Please contact us by phone.
- There is a mask requirement in all practices!
- Please wash your hands thoroughly with soap as soon as you enter our practice.
- No companion in the waiting room.
After registering, we ask the person accompanying you to wait in front of or near the practice. We will contact your companion as soon as you can be picked up. - We ask that you refrain from shaking hands as a greeting.
- Please keep the necessary distance from our staff and other patients.
