Our patients have the right to be informed about the identity, duties and titles of doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel, and also have the right to choose or change this personnel.

Our patients have the right to undergo examinations and to be treated with respect, kindness and courtesy, ensuring the protection of their personal reputation at all times and in all circumstances.
Our patients have the right to seek a consultant for their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant suggests a treatment but the primary physician, responsible for the patient, approves the procedures.
Everyone has the right to expect or demand to be safe in a healthcare institution. Our clinic has taken all necessary precautions for the safety of life and property of our patients, visitors and their companions. In our clinic, appropriate measures have also been taken to protect children, disabled people and elderly patients (who are alone, who need care, who are unaccompanied).
Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have companions during their stay in the clinic, in accordance with the procedures and principles established by our clinic.
In cases of violation of patient rights, patients and their families have the right to complain to the clinic or to the competent authority.

Our patients are responsible for making payments for the costs of examinations, diagnostics and treatment. Our patients and their families are responsible for paying for them if they intentionally damage real property and consumables.
