  • Right to use services

    Every individual who applies to our clinic has the right to use all services offered, regardless of language, religious belief, race or sect to which he belongs. Our patients have the right to receive information about the diagnostic services and treatment services offered by our clinic and about how they can benefit from them.

  • Right to information and confirmation

    All our patients have the right to receive full information about the proposed medical interventions, the potential risks and benefits, the alternatives, the results of remaining untreated and their medical condition including the future process to be undertaken. This information is provided to them directly or through their legal representatives, in a language understandable to them.

  • The right to know, choose and change personnel

    Our patients have the right to be informed about the identity, duties and titles of doctors, nurses and other healthcare personnel, and also have the right to choose or change this personnel.

  • The right to choose and change institution

    Our patients have the right to choose and change the healthcare institution or center, provided that they act in accordance with the terms of the legislation to which the patient is subject.

  • The right to refuse or stop treatment

    Patients have the right to refuse or stop the implementation of planned or currently applied treatment except in cases where it is legally mandatory to continue the treatment and provided that they assume responsibility for possible negative results.

  • Right to Privacy

    Our patients have the right to receive service in conditions appropriate to privacy throughout the entire period of treatment. The health status, medical condition and all private information of all individuals who apply to our clinic are protected in such a way that they remain confidential even after death. Information about patients can only be disclosed with their explicit permission or by special court decision.

  • Right to be respected

    Our patients have the right to undergo examinations and to be treated with respect, kindness and courtesy, ensuring the protection of their personal reputation at all times and in all circumstances.

  • Right to seek consultation

    Our patients have the right to seek a consultant for their diagnosis and treatment. The consultant suggests a treatment but the primary physician, responsible for the patient, approves the procedures.

  • Right to Safety

    Everyone has the right to expect or demand to be safe in a healthcare institution. Our clinic has taken all necessary precautions for the safety of life and property of our patients, visitors and their companions. In our clinic, appropriate measures have also been taken to protect children, disabled people and elderly patients (who are alone, who need care, who are unaccompanied).

  • Right to have companions and to receive visitors

    Our patients have the right to receive visitors and have companions during their stay in the clinic, in accordance with the procedures and principles established by our clinic.

  • Right to complain / to present an opinion or suggestion

    In cases of violation of patient rights, patients and their families have the right to complain to the clinic or to the competent authority.

  • Rules and applications of the healthcare institution

    Our patients have the right to receive information regarding the hospital rules and procedures that will be applied to them.

  • Diagnostic and treatment costs

    Our patients have the right to know the price of the treatment service before they start the treatment and, afterwards, have the right to request and receive a clear and detailed invoice regarding the payment for the service they have received.

  • Providing information

    This responsibility includes the patient's responsibility to provide the doctors and nurses responsible for medical services with all appropriate and complete information regarding their health condition.

  • Compliance with Suggestions

    Our patients have the responsibility to implement the therapy plan suggested by their doctor and to accept that the clinic staff implement the health care plan according to the doctor's instructions.

  • Refusal of planned treatment

    Our patient is responsible for the consequences of refusing the planned treatment.

  • Respect for the regulations of the health care institution

    Our patients are responsible for obeying the rules and procedures applied in our health care institution.

  • Respectful Conduct

    Our patients are responsible for acting in accordance with the precautions and rules that the clinic will implement, in cases such as noise, visitors or smoke, that disturb or pose a risk to patients and their families.

  • Infection Control

    Our patients and their families are expected to be careful about all measures that are suggested to stop the spread of infection.

  • Responsibility to make payment

    Our patients are responsible for making payments for the costs of examinations, diagnostics and treatment. Our patients and their families are responsible for paying for them if they intentionally damage real property and consumables.

  • Companions and Visitors

    Our patients are responsible for accepting the smallest possible number of visitors at any one time, who should not bring food or drinks and should not use the personal belongings of other patients. Visitors are also responsible for respecting the clinic's visiting hours.
